There isn't one on your booking, and there isn't one on the tools. RVmigo takes 0% of every rental, permanently. The renter pays you directly, nothing is added at their checkout, and the money never touches us.
You pay us for one thing, and only when it is worth something: putting your rigs in front of renters.
What you pay for
Placement is the only thing we charge for. Priced by how many rigs you place, never by how much you rent them for. A flat monthly fee per rig, never a cut of what you charge.
Placement is free for everyone right now. We start charging when we start spending to bring renters in, and you will get 30 days' notice before that.

- RVmigo is a peer-to-peer RV rental marketplace. 0% booking fees, both sides.
- Your requests, your rigs, your calendar, and the insurance you bring yourself.
- Your To do list puts what needs you first: waiting requests, then registration and inspection dates per rig.
- A new listing starts with four fields.
- Then the details a renter actually asks about: year, make, beds, tank sizes, what it drinks.
- Pick where the rig is kept. Renters see an approximate area until the booking goes ahead.
- You set the nightly rate, the discounts and the deposit. RVmigo takes none of it.
- Your insurance charge comes from your own policy, and renters see it beside the nightly rate, not buried in it.
- Delivery radius, mileage, generator hours, pet rules and amenities, across three more steps.
- Add your own terms to the rental agreement. They are attributed to you and sit alongside ours.
- Photos are re-encoded as they upload, and the location metadata comes off every image.
- Block dates you want to keep, then a review step that scores how complete the listing is.
- Publish, and the rig is live.
- Renters reach you three ways. They search, you send them your link, or you send them a price.
- Pick a banner for the top of your page, or upload a photo of your own.
- You also get your own page. No RVmigo branding on it, just your rigs and your reviews.
- Every rig you list appears here, on one page you can send to anyone.
- Reviews from your trips land here, on your own page rather than someone else's.
- Now the same rig from the other side, as a renter sees it.
- Renters find rigs here too. Your listing shows up in search and on the map with no work from you.
- This is your rig as a renter sees it. Your photos, your terms, and the area you keep it in.
- Everything a renter asks before booking: sleeps, length, beds, tanks, and what it drives like.
- Your mileage, generator hours and pet rules are stated up front, so nobody negotiates them later.
- Renters see an approximate area while they browse. The exact pin and your address arrive with the booking.
- From the renter's side: pick the dates, then see the total and every line that makes it up.
- They name anyone else who will drive. Each one is invited to the trip once the dates are held.
- They send the request. No money moves and no dates are held until you say yes.
- Bookings sort into pending, confirmed and completed. A request arrives with the dates and the renter.
- The dates, the party, what they pay you, and what past hosts said about the person asking.
- Each trip gets its own page in four tabs: the trip, its payments, the pickup and its documents.

- Your own clause is there in the signed agreement, in the renter's copy and in yours.
- You sign by typing your name. The time and the document's fingerprint are recorded with it.
- Ask for a payment by a method you take, and it shows up on the renter's trip page.
- Payment goes directly between you. You record what arrived, and RVmigo never holds it.
- The drivers the renter named have been invited, and you can see who has joined.
- Every booking carries its own conversation, so pickup details stay with the trip they belong to.
- Every step is written into the conversation, so months later you both read the same record.
- Your coverage documents file here, behind an authed route, never a public link.
- Say how you take payment. Renters see your handles the moment you accept, and pay you directly.
- One calendar across every rig. You can import the one you already keep elsewhere.
- You can also price a trip yourself and send it to one person, as a link that expires.
- Choose whether accepting books the trip outright, or sends you a request to approve first.
- The link is yours to send too, by text, WhatsApp or anywhere you already talk.
