  1. RVmigo is a peer-to-peer RV rental marketplace. 0% booking fees, both sides.
  2. Your requests, your rigs, your calendar, and the insurance you bring yourself.
  3. Your To do list puts what needs you first: waiting requests, then registration and inspection dates per rig.
  4. A new listing starts with four fields.
  5. Then the details a renter actually asks about: year, make, beds, tank sizes, what it drinks.
  6. Pick where the rig is kept. Renters see an approximate area until the booking goes ahead.
  7. You set the nightly rate, the discounts and the deposit. RVmigo takes none of it.
  8. Your insurance charge comes from your own policy, and renters see it beside the nightly rate, not buried in it.
  9. Delivery radius, mileage, generator hours, pet rules and amenities, across three more steps.
  10. Add your own terms to the rental agreement. They are attributed to you and sit alongside ours.
  11. Photos are re-encoded as they upload, and the location metadata comes off every image.
  12. Block dates you want to keep, then a review step that scores how complete the listing is.
  13. Publish, and the rig is live.
  14. Renters reach you three ways. They search, you send them your link, or you send them a price.
  15. Pick a banner for the top of your page, or upload a photo of your own.
  16. You also get your own page. No RVmigo branding on it, just your rigs and your reviews.
  17. Every rig you list appears here, on one page you can send to anyone.
  18. Reviews from your trips land here, on your own page rather than someone else's.
  19. Now the same rig from the other side, as a renter sees it.
  20. Renters find rigs here too. Your listing shows up in search and on the map with no work from you.
  21. This is your rig as a renter sees it. Your photos, your terms, and the area you keep it in.
  22. Everything a renter asks before booking: sleeps, length, beds, tanks, and what it drives like.
  23. Your mileage, generator hours and pet rules are stated up front, so nobody negotiates them later.
  24. Renters see an approximate area while they browse. The exact pin and your address arrive with the booking.
  25. From the renter's side: pick the dates, then see the total and every line that makes it up.
  26. They name anyone else who will drive. Each one is invited to the trip once the dates are held.
  27. They send the request. No money moves and no dates are held until you say yes.
  28. Bookings sort into pending, confirmed and completed. A request arrives with the dates and the renter.
  29. The dates, the party, what they pay you, and what past hosts said about the person asking.
  30. Each trip gets its own page in four tabs: the trip, its payments, the pickup and its documents.
  31. The Trip tab holds the dates, the money, the terms you stated, and who you are renting to.
  32. Accept, and the two of you swap contact details and settle up directly.
  33. Both of you sign the rental agreement in the app, and your own clauses are part of it.
  34. Your own clause is there in the signed agreement, in the renter's copy and in yours.
  35. You sign by typing your name. The time and the document's fingerprint are recorded with it.
  36. Ask for a payment by a method you take, and it shows up on the renter's trip page.
  37. Payment goes directly between you. You record what arrived, and RVmigo never holds it.
  38. The drivers the renter named have been invited, and you can see who has joined.
  39. Every booking carries its own conversation, so pickup details stay with the trip they belong to.
  40. Every step is written into the conversation, so months later you both read the same record.
  41. Your coverage documents file here, behind an authed route, never a public link.
  42. Say how you take payment. Renters see your handles the moment you accept, and pay you directly.
  43. One calendar across every rig. You can import the one you already keep elsewhere.
  44. You can also price a trip yourself and send it to one person, as a link that expires.
  45. Choose whether accepting books the trip outright, or sends you a request to approve first.
  46. The link is yours to send too, by text, WhatsApp or anywhere you already talk.
Two fees on every booking, everywhere but here
Other platforms charge the renter a service fee and take a commission from you on the same booking. RVmigo charges 0% to both sides. Your price is the renter's price, and every dollar of it is yours.
Your insurance, your terms
You arrange your own insurance and rent on your own terms, and you carry that policy every month whether you book once or twenty times. A marketplace that bundles its own coverage charges your renter for it again, then takes a commission from you on the same booking. RVmigo is the venue, not a party to the rental: renters see that your documentation is on file and confirm the details with you before booking. We don't provide, verify, or endorse coverage.
The toolkit for the renting you already do
  • A public listing page and a shareable direct-booking link
  • An availability calendar and instant price quotes
  • Booking requests, payment records, and rental agreements
  • Reviews that build your reputation over time
Where the money went on my last booking

I rent my own rig out on another marketplace. On a booking this summer the renter was charged about $1,460. My own price for the trip, including delivery and prep, was about $950. After their 25% host service fee I received about $710. Less than half of what the renter paid reached me, on my own RV.

One real booking of mine, rounded to the nearest ten dollars. Your own split depends on your rates, the fees a platform charges, and your state's taxes.

What it costs, now and later

Everything you need to run a rental is free, for every owner and every rig, and there's no credit card. 0% of every booking, permanently: your price is the renter's price and the money never touches us. We charge a flat monthly price for one thing, putting your rigs in front of renters, and never a cut of what you earn.

See what is free and what is paid

We're concentrating on Southern California, Phoenix, and Las Vegas right now, but anyone in the US can list and bring their own renters.

I host my own rig and I rent other people's. I've been through the claim process on marketplace bookings more than once, and every time the thing that mattered was in the policy and I hadn't read it closely enough. That's why this exists: you already pay for insurance, and you shouldn't also pay a commission to someone selling it to your renter a second time.
